Somfy RTS RFLink 433.42 pairing issues

Hi all,
I'm hoping someone can help me get a new device paired to my somfy blind. I can see commands from the existing remote in RFLink Loader without issue, the RTS table updates from the existing Somfy remote, and using the hex number of my existing remote, I can send a command such as:
10;RTS;fbcb36;01;STOP
from RFLinkLoader to control the blind with success.
But if I try to pair a new device using the matdomotique guide as a reference, I have no luck. When I press the button on the back of the existing paired remote the blind jogs as expected, but if I then try a pairing command such as:
10;RTS;02FFFF;0412;6;PAIR;
to pair a new device, the blind does not jog and I believe has not successfully paired. I do receive a 20;xx;OK message and can see the entry in the RFLink RTS table, but am unable to send commands using the device.
I have both an off the shelf 433.42 nodo board/transceiver and a 433.92 and have tried both.
Any suggestions or workarounds would be gratefully received!
Many thanks
Tim
