Hi all,

I'm new to this forum, but have been using Domoticz for a couple of years now.
I came across a couple of devices that are not (yet) handled by Domoticz, and the message asked me to report them.

The above is being transmitted once a minute, and is not an alarm.
If needed, I can imagine my BBQ would be able to trigger it.

Not sure about the others but the door sensor is certainly supported, the problem is they are PT2262 / EV1527 based, rather than using the same ID and changing the status they use 2 different ID's for their status, there are ways around it though and I used them successfully for a short time. The main reason I stopped was that I have quite a few 433mhz temp sensors and there are a number of others close to me in other peoples homes, as temp sensors report in every minute and a door open / close signal is once only i started noticing that sometimes on either opening or closing a door / window the signal would be missed due to a data collision with something else, obviously the temp info would be missing as well but it would get repeated a minute later so no issue but the door or window would still be saying shut or open which ever the last change, not very good for security so I moved to zigbee based stuff that, almost as cheap, great battery life, smaller form factor and never misses a beat.

can i ask a related question.. i've been using domoticz for years but recently got an rtl_433 based receiver... for the most part its great and most sensors show up correctly... lately i've been bugged by these.. its obvious what they are... they are the old windows sensors.. i left them in place but it would be nice if I could get them to show up in domoticz... the rtf_433 type is 100.. or can i alter the 433 module to do it myself?
