Trafficinfo segstart / end

Post by marcojpolet »

Hi all,

Great work you're all doing with Dashticz!

I implemented a nice dashboard, and started using the trafficinfo, which is working great. I now wanted to use the segStart and segEnd to limit my A7 to a small piece between Heerenveen and Drachten. For this I looked up the hectometer values and added that as segstart and segend. But now I get nothing at all. I had a quick look at the trafficinfo.js and saw that the comparison between the CONFIG.js segsstart and the anwb segstart might be wrong, from what I can tell it has to be the same as the trafficjam, but that seems odd. It should be something like greater than or smaller, basically any traffic info which overlaps my seg-start and end should be shown? But I'm not sure this is how it is meant to work. Any ideas?

Regards,
Marco

I think segstart and segend are not very useful to set, because they indeed have to be exactly the same as starting point and end point of the traffic jam or road works as reported by the ANWB. Currently there is no search function or something to only filter a certain road segment.
