Different levels of message priority

I use blockly to notify me of movement in some rooms. And I use blockly to notify me of smoke detectors that detects smoke.
I send notifications through Telegram.

The issue is: it doesn't matter how I configure the blockly message that is pushed through Telegram: I get the same message and the same sound notification on my devices. Does that only work with prowl and/or pushover?

And isn't there a way to push notifications to my phone through the Domoticz app itself?
