Scenes and Timers

Hello,
I create scene which turn on my device "led lamp" when my motion sensor is activated. All works fine.
After that I want to add timer to this scene - "start scene only after sunset". I add this in timer settings to this scene (#/Scenes/1/Timers) but I don't see any difference. The scene starts every time, not as it should (after sunset) - scene did not see the timer settings?
What could I do wrong?

I think the best way could be a script to do that, there are a lot of topics with examples of similar cases.
