Fibaro FGMS died off

Here 3 fibaro FGMS PIR are in use but now i can say that only one is left in operation and two deceased.
Effect is this: The sensor does not send a response to Domoticz, nor the config can be read out from it. It's not possible to exclude and not possible to include the device after full reset (see youtube video). While the device looks normal, reacts to shake, show temperature colors and movement into it's angle.
Is this kind of bug known? Fibaro FGMS are not the cheapo one types, while my Aeotec and Zipato bought earlier work on.
Can i do anything more than taking the devices from power, place new batteries and full reset?
