after a reboot of the system i suddlenly gets this error message, and it appears everytime i reboot the device: Error: OpenZWave: Type_Notification, NodeID not found internally!. HomeID: 3946733487, NodeID: 255 (0xff)

the problem is that i never had this node 255,

the highest number of the nodes is 179, so i cant understand why its warning me of node 255.

what can it be?

I have a similar error message, also at reboot of domoticz:
Error: OpenZWave: Type_Notification, NodeID not found internally!. HomeID: 0, NodeID: 255 (0xff)

No clue what it is

Most of the time I restart Domoticz 2020.2 I have the same error:

Code: Select all

2020-05-14 22:14:13.033 Error: OpenZWave: Type_Notification, NodeID not found internally!. HomeID: 0, NodeID: 255 (0xff)
After that no more OZW errors and it seems to work fine.

I have the same issue. Only with HomeID:0 and NodeID: 0.

Besides that I have another "gost" node 35 that actually keeps turning in the OZWCP and the Domoticz panel, which can't be removed, because the OZWCP freezes after 1 try, which also reported in this forum.

As I think this is all related, I have created an issue on Github for this.

Update: I repeatedly used the OZWCP to do a "Refresh Node Info" and a "Remove Failed Node", canceling the command in between, because else the OZWCP else freezes/refuses to send additional commands. Also did a soft-reset Controller from Domoticz and a power off/reboot of the system.

After that, finally the ghost node 35 was marked as dead, which enabled it to be removed immediately with the OZWCP "Remove Failed Node" command. After that even after a restart it does not return.

Magically I also get no more messages; odeID not found internally!. HomeID: 0, NodeID:0 messages anymore.

Hi,

Same issue here. Randomly when reboot done I also get this error.

Error: OpenZWave: Type_Notification, NodeID not found internally!. HomeID: 0, NodeID: 255 (0xff)

And no device is loading. I made the UZB key permanent on the same USB port but the problem remains.

Is there a fix to that ?
