You might want to try Node Red, which on its turn can be controlled by Domoticz, using MQTT.

I do not own this unit and so I do not have experience with it, but this is the way I should go.

Obviously OpenHAB has a binding for it, so it is possible to make it.

Lametric Time integration was created in Home Assistant.
Anyone planning to integrate this clock into Domoticz?
