Neocam Motion Sensor E not updating secondary sensor data

I have two Neocam Motion Sensor E devices.
One of them has started reporting erratic temperature (it currently shows 0ºC in our living room)
The other has simply stopped updating the LUX level (It's been 46 LUX in my office since yesterday 1600-ish)
Do other people see such erratic behavior from these sensors?
