Zwave device reporting status wrong

Hi,
some zwave devices are reporting their status wrong.
For example a Fibaro Roller Shutter3, the real status of the shutters is: shutters open/up
But the Fibaro devices says the shutters are closed/down

So when i say in my program: when sun goes down and shutters are up => set shutters down.
But they are not moving because the fibaro device is reporting they are down (but they are not)

Also for my Eurotronic Spiritz valves, some i sended a command to go at 20°C, if they are not at that status, put again at 20°C
The real status is 16°C (at the valve) but the device is reporting it is at 20°C

anyone else having this problem?
I had this problem with a Raspberry Pi with Aeotec Gen5 zwave stick, then i made the switch to a Homey device and still same problem.

Hi mate, no its not a wired problem.
Because mostly they are working just fine.

When i activate my roller shutters manually by switch, they always work fine.
But sometimes it seems the fibaro device is transmitting its status wrong to the main controller.

For example, something when i activate my heater (with a fibaro relay), it says it is switched on, but when i check at my heater, it is not activated.
sometimes the other way also, when i want to deactivate my heater, it says deactivated but when i check my heater it is still heating => then wife complains its to hot,.....

Normally i thought a zwave device is checking its current status and always sending the correct status (that is the big difference with 433mhz devices where you dont have any feedback) but in my case it seems sometimes i don't receive a correct feedback

Strange things you have there, don’t know what to say. Here it’s extremely rare to have a wrong status. Maybe twice a year.
