Values to 0 with DS18BS20

Merry Christmas all,
I have two temperature sensors DS18B20 connected on a Smart Implant from Fibaro and since yesterday all of sudden both values are zero, it worked for weeks and nothing has changed. This morning i did an hard reset on the smart implant and then the values came to there real values but after a few minutes they turn to zero again. The not connected channels seems to be okay.
Is someone recognizing this and know what good be the reason for this?
