Domoticz

Dear people,

In the past weeks I had a big problem with my DS213 where I finally got my nas working again with a lot of help from the community (after a reset). With a certain probability bordering on certainty, the problem was caused by the known leak in an older version of Domoticz, which resulted in malicious code. The weather is gradually becoming normal and the only thing that still needs to be done is to get a good and safe version of Domoticz working. Now I have downloaded the latest apk from the site of Jadahl.com but when I try to install it I get the message that Node.js v4 must be installed first. However, this is nowhere to be found for the ds213. The official node install of synology, the Node.js 0.10 installation is successful, but the Domoticz apk does not work on that, with the same error message that first node.js v4 must be installed. Does this mean that the latest version of domoticz is not working properly on a ds213 and if so what secure version could I use ?. Thank you for thinking along!

Is it possible to test it with an older version of Domoticz which don`t require Node.js V4?

Tnks for your answer. I've done that but a lot of troubles with domoticz_88f6281-6.2_3.0.9483-7.spk. I've got an official warning of my provider that there is something wrong on my nas. So i've deleted that one.

Regarding nodejs v4 for your system, it seems that the DS213 is to old and does not get newer package versions anymore.

The DS213 is not listed here on this page, https://www.synology.com/en-us/support/ ... 3#packages , only the DS213j version.

Also when looking for the official nodejs packages here https://usdl.synology.com/download/Package/spk/ , there is no 'armv5' version for your DS213 system.

You have to ask Synology why packages are missing for your system and if they can provide it.
We can't do anything about that here.

Maybe the people here https://synocommunity.com/ can help to build a Nodejs v4 version for armv5.

Yesterday i've deleted the domotics apk. It seems that there was an virus in the version i've installed on my ds213. I had to stop instantly with this version domotics. tnks for your answer.
