Fibaro device stops working after power outage / restart

I have a really strange problem with one particular zwave node.
3 weeks ago I installed a new the Fibaro RGWB controller in my zwave network.
After every power outage or domoticz crash / restart the switch stops working.
When I try to switch the device on/off I get the following error: "Error sending switch command, check device/hardware (idx=2001) !"
In the hardware panel this node is not listed as dead.
Also from the OZW control panel I can control the device without any problems.
The only solution to get it working again is by the following steps:
- Exclude zwave device
- Remove old devices from devices tab
- Include zwave device again
- Enable the correct devices and rename
This is so cumbersome and driving me nuts because I had to disable the power 2 times to do electrical maintenance, and also had 2 domoticz crashes.
I am running a zwave network with 65 nodes and never experienced this issue before. Everything is running very smooth. Also I have two other RGBW controllers from Fibaro which are working just fine.
Hope someone has any idea how to debug this issue.
