Help needed! connecting Honeywell T6 thermostat

Hello,
I am trying to connect my T6 thermostat. I followed the instructions in the wiki but I keep getting a connot get error on in step 8 of the wiki.
Obviously I am doing something wrong. Can anyone help.
Step 8 request I use is.

But how accactly do you make a App request?
