Managing users
- A user is not able to rearrange the devices and currently the devices are not arranged as the admin did it. Two solutions: either cope with the way the admin rearranged the devices, or let the user do it.
- Currently we can make all or none of the scenarios accessible to a user. Make each scenario an option as for the devices.
