RGBW switch question

Hello all,
I just enabled a dummy hardware switch with the type RGBW color switch.
It controls a ledstrip with a tasmatified magichome controler.
Sofar things worked great.

But from the switch panel, I can't figure out how to enable the white channel.
I can pick a color, and set the intensity. But this only adjusts the RGB values. The W value stays at 00.
In the Tasmota console it looks like this:
13:57:41 MQT: stat/magichome-4540/RESULT = {"POWER":"ON","Dimmer":75,"Color":"6038BF00","HSBColor":"258,71,75","Channel":[38,22,75,0]}
13:57:42 MQT: stat/magichome-4540/RESULT = {"POWER":"ON","Dimmer":100,"Color":"814BFF00","HSBColor":"258,71,100","Channel":[51,29,100,0]}
13:57:42 MQT: stat/magichome-4540/RESULT = {"POWER":"ON","Dimmer":100,"Color":"814BFF00","HSBColor":"258,71,100","Channel":[51,29,100,0]}
Am I missing something obvious in the control panel? Or is it really only setting the RGB values?
Any advice is welcome!
Kind regards,
Bert
