How to delete Aeotec Z-wave stick

Hi,
I am new to this forum and Domoticz. My Pi-system has been running fine for a year and only collected data from a smart energy meter.
The troubles started when I bought and incorrectly installed an Aeotec z-wave stick. My first response was to reinstall the stick and as a result the z-wave stick appears three times in my Domoticz hardware menu. Deleting the hardware seems not possible but obviously I am doing something wrong. After trying to deleted the Aeotec hardware in the Domoticz hardware-tab my system went offline.
Long story short, how can I remove the Aeotec stick in the Domoticz hardware menu without crashing the system.
