I am looking to start contributing to Domoticz, and I was curious if there is testing guidelines in place before submitting a pull request?

For dzVents related commits there is test-suite (read <domoticz dir >/dzVents/runtime/tests/README.md and
<domoticz dir>/dzVents/runtime/integration-tests/README.md

Fot most of the other areas @gizmocuz will decide if the PR get merged into development and if not he will explain why or what need to be changed.
