Hi,

Running Domoticz version V4.11334 (build from source) on rpi3 with stretch.
My z-wave network is adding a new device (when accepting new hardware on) and I know for sure that I don't have one of these in my network.

Z-wave 00044224 1 Formaldehyde CH20 Level Light/Switch Switch Off

How can this be? How can I see why this is being added every time again after removal. I don't have the stick in include node and don't have such a sensor..

after update (build from source to version V4.11350) at startup this is shown.

I really don't have a device like that anywhere in my house/network

If the nodeid shown here is the node id in z-wave setup then it is a fibaro wall plug.
