Domoticz

I get this error

and this on the html page

Access Error: 404 -- Not Found
Cannot locate document: /

Path to Python is correct ( 3.7.4 )

Any hints on what might be wrong?

Your Python installation is missing libpython.

That is not the case, I do believe that this is a path issue. Note that I have Win8 SWEDISH version, path´s issues??

But I do not know here to start for a fix. Note that in picture it says Program but it is actually Program Files.

FOUND THE ISSUE, some service in background was already running and disturbing port 8080.
