Edit user and settings/ wesbite protections

I want to give one extra user an account on the domoticz to see some things or use some things
But then I m getting the message Add admin first which is the user pi with rights as an admin
But he says also enable settings /website protection
What should I put there then?
Mainly I want that users need to log in on their username and password
