Domoticz

Hi,
First - keep on with your fantastic work! Now my topic:
I have Domoticz installed (4.10717) on a Synology DS918+. When I tried to install cardDAV server after that it took very long and at the end Synology claim its running but actually you could not connect to cardDAV (using port 8008 HTTP nor 8443 HTTPS). I switched off a few apps using Python and at the end it turned out that everything works fine if I stop Domoticz Server - and vs when cardDAV is already running Domoticz server seem to have a problem to start (I could not connect to it anymore). Does anybody had this problem and maybe a solution to run both programs without influencing each other?

did you try to run with a different port (default 8080) ? (or disabling http ?)
This can be done by startup parameters. It sounds like 2 instances working on the same port what allways will result in conflicts.

I would first try it by manual start it and if it works well make permanent use of another port.

-www port (for example -www 8080)
-sslwww port (secure web port, for example -sslwww 443)
-dbase file_path (for example D:\domoticz.db or /opt/domoticz/domoticz.db)
-verbose x (where x=0 is none, x=1 is debug)
-startupdelay seconds (default=0)
-nowwwpwd (in case you forgot the webserver username/password)
-nobrowser (do not start web browser) (Windows Only)
-log file_path (for example D:\domoticz.log)
-loglevel (0=All, 1=Status+Error, 2=Error)
-nocache (do not cache HTML pages (for editing)
-daemon (run as background daemon) (Unix Only) -syslog (use syslog as log output) (Unix Only)

Sorry, how could I start domoticz with command line on Synology. I started a local telnet session and went to /volume1/@appstore/domoticz/bin but when I put in "domoticz" or "exec domoticz" it is refused "-sh: exec: domoticz: not found". Sorry I'm not very familar with that (would prefer to have a small config gui).
