[Solved] where to get build tools v142 for visual studio 2015 community edition?

I've been compiling domoticz on windows for some time now, but every time I've fetched the latest sources I need to retarget the project to be able to build domoticz. It keeps complaining that I need to install build tools v142. I would like to compile using the settings provided in the project file, I can however nowhere find how and from where to install v142. Please explain how to get the build tools v142 installed into vs 2015 community edition.

@rrozema,
AFAIK development is being done against Visual Studio 2019 community edition now and has been for some months.
Like the 2015 version, this is free. Is there a reason why you don't want to upgrade?

No, there isn't. I will install it. I was (wrongfully apparently) under the impression we were supposed to use 2015.

@rrozema,
I found a page on the wiki that stated that 2015 was the version to use so not your fault.
I've updated it to read Visual Studio 2019.
