Custom view with button and camera

Dear community,
I've been using my garage to accept deliveries that won't fit into my parcel box. So when the postman rings I can accept that call from "ring" system. Then I refer the postman to my garage. Then the next tasks for me to do are these:
1. Open Domoticz and open garage
2. Open Camera to verify that the postman deposited the delivery and left garage again
3. Open Domoticz again to close the garage
The camera supports picture links. Therefore I wish I had a dedicated page in domoticz to get and refresh the picture link every 2 seconds with the open / close button on same page. Is that possible?
