USB ports gone

Hi all,
After trying to add some new Zwave devices, first the zwave hardware stopt working. And while trying to fix that also the other harware stopt working.
It seems all hardware devices are all disconnected from the USB ports. I cant select the right ports either. See the screenshots.
Working with the beta V4.10717 version.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance, Paul .
