Confused about firmware update

Hi there,
I struggle with updating my system.
I am running domotic on windows with a zwave uzb usb device.
In zwave me expert i found out that the stick has this firmware:
Sdk version 6.51.06
Serial api 5.06
Zway software version: v2.2.2
Ui version 1.0.5
So i am confused should i try to update this fw in zwave.me programm?
Do i delete all entries with that?
Should i do that bevore or after updating domotic sw?
Which sw verison should i choose in uzb stick , which is stable with domotic?
Can i backup stick infos and restore it afterwards somehow?
Is anybody out there who allready had done this? I really would appreciate any advice!
