Alarmed mode?

Is there an alarmed mode that can be set on the security panel that can make noise when a sensor is triggered indicating the alarm has been triggered? I don't want the alarm to go off immediately and don't want to forget I turned it on and only remember when it goes off. I need a beeping reminder or something like normal alarm systems do.
