[USB] Can't install uvccapture on my Nas

Hello
I have a Nas Synology DS115j+ and i want to use my Hercules Optical Glass as a surveillance camera. It works with USB
So i searched and found this page: https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/Camera_Setup#USB_Camera
But i do not have apt-get, i have opkg (entware-ng) in order to install different packages
But if i write sudo apt-get install uvccapture i got sudo: apt-get: command not found
If i write opkg install uvccapture i got Unknown package 'uvccapture'
Can someone help me ?
