Problem including FGS223

Hi, I hope that somebody can help me.

Domoticz 4.9700, RPi3, Aeon USB stick gen5

I have two FGS223 units and included them via the USB stick at the same moment.
One device works fine, the other one is not.

If I look in Setup>Devices>Zwave Setup, I see that the device doesn't get an ID (0x0000) and also the Manufacturer and the description fields stay empty.
And also the configuration stays empty.

When I look in Setup>Devices however, I see one swtch (S1) of the device and it actually works. All other devices do not show.

I tried to reboot the RPi (via Putty: Sudo reboot), but this configuration stays the same.
Then I tried to remove the device via Exclude Node, but after a reboot it stays visible.
Then I resetted the device itself (Keep the little button pressed until the LED becomes yellow, then release and press again) and after that rebooted the RPi. But still no succes. It still is visible as before.

Don't know what to do anymore, so I hope any of you can help me!
