Reading Growatt solar panel data via Zigbee

As of today, I have a Growatt 4200 MTL inverter for solar panels. It has built-in Zigbee, but the mechanic who installed it could not tell me how to use that, let alone how to pair it with Zigate and use it in Domoticz. Does anyone have experience with that? I'm not keen on using an API somewhere in China.
