Configure Forecast page

I think it would be nice to be able to configure the Forecast page (on the weather tab). Now its very US focused (defaults to NY).
Preferably the whole page should be configurable so including the provider. For sure the settings such as language, time (am/pm vs 24h), temperature (C/F), speed (ms, kph, mph etc). Now I need to set these to "normal" values
each time i visit the page.
Note there are 2 instances on the page to set the temperature setting.
