zigbee2mqtt and graphviz

I do not know when, but something changed in graphviz.
The question is: a lot (not all) EndDevices have no more connection lines and Linkquality.
They work fine, so there is a connection. What is the reason??
In the router messages, everything with "CHILD_RFD" in it is shown with a connection, but everything else (NEIGHBOUR) is not.
