PiZiGate and Aqara wireless switch
Hi,
Got my PiZiGate today and was successfully able to add an Aqara door sensor, power plug and climate sensor.
But when I try to add the wireless switch (the little square one with one round button) I get the following error in the log: Not able to get all needed attributes on time
Any suggestions would be very welcome
Thanks,
Ronald

Re: PiZiGate and Aqara wireless switch
I suspect this is a new Xiaomi model and seems not recognized by the plugin. You can check in the file DeviceConf.txt if you find an entry 'lumi.remote.b1acn01'ronaldbro wrote: ↑Thursday 28 March 2019 23:52 Yep, I tried about 20 times and stil in pairing mode. Log is the same every time:

Re: PiZiGate and Aqara wireless switch
Thanks,
Can I just add the line to DeviceConf or should I wait for the next release?

Re: PiZiGate and Aqara wireless switch
I believe you can add the line.
Or may be better is to replace your existing one, by the recommended patch .
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sasu- ... ceConf.txt
It might be good to do some backup before in case it breaks something

Re: PiZiGate and Aqara wireless switch
Thanks, this worked. I was able to add the button.
Unfortunatly the button only works partly with Zigate. Only single click and double click work. According to the zigate docs there should also be a tripple click and 4 click, but that doesn't work. I think the device doesn't support this.
The button also supports long press and long press release, but I guess this is not supported by Zigate.

Re: PiZiGate and Aqara wireless switch
Is the device on Domoticz correctly created ? Means you have a Switch selector with Click 1, 2, 3 and 4 ?
==> If that is the case, the creation is correctly done, and the patch you did work.
==> If that is not the case, this mean , something is wrong in the device creation and so the patch is not good.
You might want to put some Logs to see exactly what is happening.

Re: PiZiGate and Aqara wireless switch
Yes, this is the case. Thats the good part
But when I do a single click on the button I get an event, same with double click. But with a tripple click or 4 click nothing happens.
And I really miss the long press...

As said, if you could post the log when you are pressing once, twice, long press ...., this would be more helpfull.

Re: PiZiGate and Aqara wireless switch
Thanks for such detailed Logs.
Here after is what I have been able to identify.
In short:
4 clicks and 3 clicks do not report anything. At least the Hardware Zigate doesn't send anything to the plugin.
Long press - is reported to domoticz with Level 20 (should be 3 Click)
2 Click - is reported to domoticz with Level 10 (should be 2 click)
1 click - is reported to domoticz with Level 00 (should be 1 click)
At least this is my interpretation as I do not have such device. May be someone with that device should comment it ?

Re: PiZiGate and Aqara wireless switch
What do you mean According to the Zigate docs ?According to the zigate docs there should also be a tripple click and 4 click, but that doesn't work. I think the device doesn't support this.

I mean this:

I will check the long press again, maybe it’s just a textual mistake

Re: PiZiGate and Aqara wireless switch
I did some tests and I can confirm that a long press sets level 20 and when pressing the event is send every few seconds repeatively.
So the only events that I get from the device is single click, double click and long press.
enough for me, so I'm happy
Thanks for your help.
If you want me to test something please let me know. I would be happy to.

Re: PiZiGate and Aqara wireless switch
I did some more testing and I noticed that after a long press (level 20) I get a single click on the release of the button. This should have been a long press release.

Re: PiZiGate and Aqara wireless switch
just a small update, the single click message after a long press does not happen always. looks like a timing issue. when I press the button for 3 seconds I get a level 20 update without a level 0 after. When I press it for 5 seconds I get a level 20 and a level 0 after.
