Securing or hiding the Setup tab

I am looking for a way to hide or secure the Setup tab. When I access
www.xxx.yyy.xxx:8080 then I have access to the panels I want to see, but I do not want to give anyone access to the Setup panel (except myself for maintenance). I have so far not found a way to password protect the panel, and I don't want to password protect the site.
Any way to do this?
Best regards
Ulf

Try creating a user with 'User' rights, then there is no settings menu anymore

Had to add an administrative user first, but looks like there are major problems doing this from Google Chrom, IIS or Edge from my Windows 10 computer. Tried from my Ipad, and was able to create the accounts, change security etc and now I can log in and achive what I want from my Ipad, but NOT from Windows, which tells me I'm using wrong user name or password.
Maybe I should start a new post?

Found the problem. It was just my Anti virus software. Had to make an exeption for the web site! Should have thought about that.
