RPi, openZWave, Aeon stick gen5 and Danalock v3 - cannot pair/include

Please help - I'm stuck at pairing/including a z-wave device ..

I'm not getting anywhere with "Add device (secure)" or "Include Node Secure".
RPi with stretch lite, Domoticz 4.97, openZWave 1.5+ds-4, Aeon Z-wave Stick gen 5, Danalock v3
I have UDEV'ed the USB-port to "ttyUSB-ZStick". The Aeon stick is at latest firmware - 0.10.3
Setup-Hardware-Setup (on the Aeon stick) shows more info. I can see a controller "Aeotec ZW090 Z-Stick Gen5 EU". It lets me successfully turn blinking lights on or off.
On the large openZWave button, I can click Control Panel, and see the controller. Last Heard is recent, so I assume it works.
User "pi" is running the show (domoticz) and has "dialout" access.
If I use the large button on the setup screen and choose "Include Node Secure" - a modal dialog turns up; "Including ZWave Node" and "Press the include button on your device..." - a spinning wheel and "Abort"-button. I trip the include button on the Danalock, it blinks for a while - then nothing. The dialog seems to wait forever.
Tried most combinations of very close, 1m apart, 4m apart - tripping include with a pin, tripping it from the Danalock Android App. Start include on the controller first, start include on the Danalock first.
If i instead click "Control Panel", I get a simple whitish control panel page for openZWave, and can choose "Controller", "Add Device (Secure)", then "Go"-button - same thing, except no animation. No news on the web-page, and the Danalock just stops blinking after a while.
Only entry in log is "Status: OpenZWave: Node Include command initiated..."

I would really appreciate some help from here.. Could there be a problem with the openzwave part ? Is there a test I can perform to check this ? Is it possible to get more logs out of this process, perhaps from openzwave ?

Kind regards
Ketil

Should have tried it before, but exclude (error, not included) - then include, worked..
