Hello everybody

I want to make a simple script with blocky.
This will be my first blocky with domoticz.
I installed a foscam c1 in the room of my 7 year old son.
What I want is when the camera sees motion so when my son stands up the Philips Hue lamps will go on at the overflow where my son is going down the stairs.
How must I do this?

I also got a Aeotec multi sensor in stead ofnthe foscam c1 camera.

But I hope it can work with foscam c1 up camera.
