can't add Zipato Bulb2

Yesterday i've tried to add a new bulb2 to my domoticz system, but domoticz won't find it. I have a Z-Wave Aeon Labs USB-Stick S2 in my Synology. Earlier i've add another bulb2 to the same installation and it works perfectly.
I've tried to factory default the bulb2(6 time on-off), but that doesn't work. I've tried to restart my Domoticz/NAS, no succes. Tried to add the bulb 2 next to the domoticz, no succes(so it's no distance issue). When I power up the Bulb 2 it flashes 2 times(indicating that the light is default)
Can't Find anything on google, So please help. Zipato can't/wont help on Domoticz
