DELOCK&_78007 configuration for domoticz

I have been using z-butler android app to configure my zwave router/devices. I am currently using the delock gateway router to switch/monitor my devices but there is very little or no support. Z-butler works ok but after adding a fibaro dimmer it is not performing adequately so i have come across domoticz which seems ro be more current.

Is there a way to configure my delock78007 to use the domoticz app?
As the a z-butler uses a barcode scan to setup the gateway, it is more easy than figuring out what server address, port an directory information to insert. Will it be possible to set the gateway up in domoticz??
