Netatmo 'boiler_status' status

Hello,
Could you add in the Netatmo plugin a new binary switch synchronised with the `boiler_status `variable?
I would be able to be notified when boiler is turning on/off.

It could be nice for those three variables so we could be notified when boiler is on/off for exemple:

- boiler_status for a thermostat module (NATherm1)
- heating_power_request for a valve module (NRV)
- open_window for a valve module (NRV), How does the open window sensor work?
