Spirit Z-Wave Plus adjusting temperature too often

Hi all,
I'm using Domoticz to manage a Eurotronic Spirit Z-wave Plus. I have setup multiple blocklies to control the comfort temperature during the day, and switch this between 15 and 20 degrees at different times and days. This is working correctly, and I can see both on the display and in Domoticz that the setting is indeed set at the right values.
The problem I'm having is that the Spirit is adjusting the valve too often, which drains the battery far too much. Currently I can hear it changing the valve at a rate of once every 1-3 min. (You hear the small electromotor buzzing) This is far too often and drains the battery too much. It only takes about a month now before it is drained.
Below are the settings/values in the Open Z-wave control panel. I'm using a modified xml file to get Domoticz to recognize the Spirit which I found somewhere on this forum. Its attached aswell. Any idea why this might be happening? Is it the build-in temperature control of the Spirit conflicting with the values pushed from Domoticz?
I'd say I just need to adjust the update rate somewhere to maybe once every 15 min.
The device is connected to the network most of the time, but once in a while loses connection and then reverts back to just 20 degrees all the time. That doesnt seem to be the problem because this occurs when it is connected.
