Unpredictable Device based event fired on after creating empty new lua

Hi,

I have a clean logfile and when I create another script using the internal editor, press the plus sign, choose LUA and device and do save all kinds of
Device based events fire up.
Not related to the empty script (default code) I just created.

Please help me understand this.
