Location settings error

hi all,
N00b user here.
I've recently installed on my Pi3.
All's well, smart meter data came in nicely.
Now it's time for some more settings, but the location settings won't come in
When I try to get my lat/long info, a popup comes up which says:
Anybody wanna help me out?
