Drayton Digistat +2RF rflink wall thermostat/ programmable timer

|Just wanted a little bit of advice please .
The council fitted a Drayton Digistat scr with a honeywell st9100a
all I wanted to do was switch the boiler on for say one hour then off again . I have rflink and think it supports it.
Is there a way just getting it switch on for a preset time then off via domoticz .
Damm cold in the mornings at present ,so just want burst of heat ,take the chill away in the mornings
