Phillips tv change input from Raspberry

Hello friends,
I am developing my small project, but i need help please.
I have android tv Phillips 55PUS6561 and thinking how to control the tv from my raspbbery.
The tv setup is:
Source 1 = Common TV programs like sport, news etc.. basic programs from DVBT2 antenna.
Source HDMI2 = Xbox one X
Source HDMI3 = Apple tv
I can start the tv with siri, when i got the apple tv environment, but i am not able to switching between other sources or switch the tv off.
I am googling few days how to do it, but without luck.
I have two questions:
Is a way how can i controll this tv Phillips 55PUS6561 ( cannot find the technical specification for JSON related to this TV model) from SIRI? with homekit integration? I can see homebridge plugin for raspberry but control the source and programs methods arent available.
Can i changing the tv programs by siri?
I am ok with openhab, homebridge, domoticz or something similar.
Is a way to do it without Harmony hub or something like that, only with RB PI?
Maybe IR blister?
Thanks a lot
