Graph detail popup shown over graph

When you hover the mouse over the grap, a popup is shown telling you the exact data of the point where the mouse is. This is a very valuable function, but imho the location of the popup is not good because it is in some situations hiding the graph. Would it be possible to move the popup-data to another location, at top or bottom of the graph?
