TH16 question

hello

i have a TH16 thats connected to a wall fan.
I made two virtual switches (on/of and a temp-hum).
Now i made this blocky.

But i don't think this will work.
If the switch is off then he don't read the value's and is not connected to wifi anymore.
Is this correct?

nobody a idea how to fix this.
They come monday to intall my new kitchen and i need this to work.
SO i made a new blocky and it's random switch on but not switch off?
