Telegram notifications

I have setup a blockly script to enable Telegram notifications to notify me of movement in some rooms.

First thing that I cannot achieve is to set a different notification sound on my phone. Sometimes I get notified with the sound I have setup for a few times and then it goes back to the default again. It's concerning a Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung community is not very helpful here...
Any idea?

Would it be possible as well to set a different sound for when my smoke alarm is triggered?

Looked a little bit better today... Sometimes I get the correct sound for a few occurrences. And then it is back to the default again.

As it seems 1004 categories are hidden. I figure they are all "Domoticz" and for every new movement detection a new category with the default notification sound is added.
Now, is this a Samsung, Domoticz or a Telegram "issue"? Most likely it is not an issue and I am just using things wrong
