IKEA Tradfri remote (E1524) not pairing with Zigate

Hi,

I tried to pair IKEA Tradfri remote (E1524) with Zigate and show me in log:

and remain with this message...domoticz show button (dimmer) in devices list but when i push the button from Ikea remote not working...not changing status and not record command in domoticz log. I want to create an domoticz event with this remote to power on the bulb...

How how can i save the file Devicelist-xx.txt ?
I have last version of plugin (i think) because i installed zigate this week...but i don't know how can i check the plugin version please tell me how...i'm new with these.

Please check in the folder where you have installed the plugin modules,

...../domoticz/plugin/Domoticz-Zigate

Here you should have a file name DeviceList-xx.txt ( where xx is a number between 01 to 99 )

It would be great if you could also attached the domoticz log file, so we can see the full logs

I attached the devicelist .txt ...and from domoticz log all about Ikea Remote :

I have edited the previous post were i have added new domoticz logs.

I use plugin version 4.0.6 version

From the DeviceList I can identified you have already:

- TRADFRI bulb E27 WS opal 980lm already added. Is that the case ? Or is that the one you want to add ?

As the log file, I'm also interested on other information which could help to make the right diagnostic

If the case is that this Bulb is the one you want to add , it looks like it has been added and probably has been removed from Domoticz, but not from the plugin. If that is the case. You must do the following:
(1) Make sure the device is not in Domoticz
(2) Stop Domoticz
(3) Edit the DeviceList-5.txt
(4) Remove the line :

(5) Save the file
(6) Restart Domoticz with Permit To join

Then you should be able to pair the Bulb by just switching Off and On the Bulb

The TRADFRI bulb E27 WS is another device and it's working...Ikea remote...i think it;s not registered in Zigate device list...but in domoticz device list is diplayed with this id "90fd9ffffef4e66a". Anyway when i push any button from ikea remote in domoticz log...does not show anything...no error...no command..nothing

Ok, sorry didn't understand the issue at start.

The Remote is indeed correctly pair and in the DeviceList-5.txt, but there is no device created (if created it is indeed useless ) on the Domoticz side and that is expected.

So what you can do is you can pilot your bulb either with the Remote or with Domoticz, nothing else at that time.

The bulb is registered and working with domoticz...but i want to create an event in domoticz to control the bulb with this Ikea Remote. I create event but not working...it's working only if i push the button in domoticz...when i push from remote...is not working and not change the status in domoticz. I think the remote is not registered in zigate and that's the problem

If you want you can control the bulb with the remote.
To do that you need to bring the remote closed to the bulb and press the button for few seconds until the bulb dim a bit.

Then you can switch on/off , dim . And then Domoticz via the plugin should see the changes and do if your script is watching bulb changes it should see it

Doesn't work...if i pairing bulb with remote ..i can't switch the bulb from domoticz...if i pairing the bulb with zigate i can't control from remote...that's why I want to create an domoticz event ...because is the only one solution

(3) Associate the Remote with the Bulb

I'm doing it at home it work very well, I can even pair the remote with 2 Bulb

We are talking about a Ikea Tradfri remote, correct ?

This is more a Zigate topic, which is currently under discussion and under work, but don't know if we will get a positive sign

Zigate frirmware 3.0f and Plugin pre-4.1 is able to manage the IKEA TRadfri remote throughg groups.
In such we get all Remote event on Domoticz and then you can do what every you want .

I updated my zigate to 3.0f and plugin to pre-4.1. Now i want to know if this objects groups can be created from domoticz...or i must to create manually file Conf/ZigateGroupsConfig-xx.txt. In domoticz zigate Group Mngt tab ...the list is empty and i haven't add group button.
