Setup SSL HTTPS on Windows (Server 2016)

Hi, i am running Domoticz as an application on my Windows Server 2016 machine. everything works fine but i want the traffic from outside to my server with SSL HTTPS using port 443, it is working with HTTP on port 8080.
Is there a step by step guide or explanation how to do this? i can find only guides to do this on Rasberrypi. Is there somebody who can tell me more or explain how to set this up on windows?
