Update from V2.2145

Hi,
i am using Domoticz now for a couple of years and somehow got stuck with V2.2145 running on Linux Debian.
Is there any way to easily update to the latest version?
I don't have a ./updaterelease to run.
I have ./updatedomo but get errors while running:
Any ideas?
